OpenAir Motorsports "Cut to-fit" Universal Beam Pivots. These brackets are designed to be trimmed to fit most any chassis and beam setup. These can also be used as track bar/panhard bar brackets and work great on rock crawlers as well. Pivots are sold individually and are in weld it yourself form.
